Refund policy

Exchanges

Exchanges are approved on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can remedy it.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and unworn
  

If exchange is approved, we must receive the unused item within 30 days of approval. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns

Because all Fern & Hem garments are made to order, we do not accept returns at this time. 

Unauthorized returns will be marked Return to Sender.
